I am a fully insured Medical Herbalist, trained with The Plant Medicine School with over 20 years experience of foraging, growing and making remedies with herbs. I trained in the western herbal medicine tradition and mostly work with plants grown and harvested in the UK and am mindful of their provenance.

I am passionate about sharing my love of herbs, to enable folk to appreciate and learn about the plants around them, identifying which are safe to harvest sustainably for food and medicines. I draw upon the lived experience of folk who bring their own knowledge of plants they are familiar with from countries they have grown up or spent time in.

I have a holistic approach to treating the whole person emotionally and physically through diet and herbal remedies. Alongside this my practice as a yoga teacher informs my encouragement of patients to find balance and movement which is sustainable for them and the life they are living.

I see patients in my clinic in Brighton or if easier by zoom. Please contact me by email to arrange an appointment via the contacts page. The initial consultation is 1 hour (£60) which involves taking a full case history and follow ups are 30 mins (£30) to assess progress and adapt the treatment as necessary. Thereafter once a patient is on track, appointments happen as and when needed. Appointments need to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise there is a charge of 50% of the appointment.

I am available to lead workshops on sustainable foraging to find local herbs in season to make into teas and food. I also am happy to give talks and lead workshops around medicine making with herbs with a focus on staying well. Leave your details and request via the contacts page.
